Stress as a fact

Usually, stress in humans becomes a continuous phenomenon. Applying anti-stress techniques, such as physical activity, meditation, tai chi chuan, yoga and others, will allow us to shift stress from a widespread phenomenon to one that can be simply singled out or isolated. Never go to sleep stressed. These liberating practices allow for our health to be restored as we sleep, and thus avoid the toxic effects of stress which ultimately affect one’s health.

Heal your relationships

Try always to get rid of the toxic relationships that affect your health. Your relationships should be sincere, clear and without unambiguity. Harmful relationships are those who make you suffer. Those who take away your freedom and force you to do things you find unacceptable. Try to understand others and to love them with the awareness that you do not play a victim role. Set clear limits expressing what it is you find unacceptable and if, with this knowledge, they decide to blatantly ignore them they are disrespecting you. As result, that toxic relationship needs to be healed.

Pursue Happiness

The goal of life should be reaching happiness. As happiness is really the only thing we will take from this world when we finally leave it. Think about how realistic your ambitions are and how much you really need to be happy. More often than not, our pursuit of happiness is mistaken for ambition. Think how many people who do not have much are so much happier than others who have a great deal.
